This course is designed for students who would like to pursue a career within the Sport and Exercise Science industry. Students will develop the skills regarded as essential at degree level and within employment. In addition, students will be given the opportunity to develop and apply their entrepreneurial skills in a range of scenarios.

Course Assessment

Final grades based on coursework completed throughout the two year course.

This Course Can Lead To…

With this qualification, students can go on to university to study Sport and Exercise Science, Physiotherapy and other sports-related courses. They can also consider employment as a fitness trainer or a sports coach.

Entry Requirements

Grade 4 in Core Science and Grade 4 in Maths
OR
BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Sport (or equivalent) with Merit and Grade 4 in Maths
