Many of our students join Saint Francis Xavier because they hear “good things” about us from friends and family or are in touch with ex-students who are out in the world pursuing great careers.
Becoming a member of Saint Francis Xavier is a bigger venture than merely enrolling on a set of courses. Between the ages of 16 and 18 you will find your “friends for life” and take up the challenges which will craft your future. You will step into a community which is more than a provider of educational qualifications. We know that getting the most out of life requires patience, clear vision, hard work, resilience and taking responsibility, not only for ourselves but also for others, and we commit to helping you to be successful in many different aspects of life.
Creating the opportunity to share views and values in a secure and respectful setting is a critical part of our Catholic mission and helps to foster a strong and mature community. Our goal is to prepare you for the challenges you will face in a highly competitive world but also to carve out time to support you in developing personally and spiritually. We have a track record of achieving outstanding success in a wide range of qualifications but we also have expertise in fostering the vision and values that will create great and ethical leaders of the future. If you join the SFX community we shall not stint in our efforts to fulfil those dual needs. We have a talented staff body, excited by the transformational power of education and the creativity of young people. All of these attributes contribute to making Saint Francis Xavier College a unique community and a great place to study.
We look forward to meeting you.
